Nike SBs are the first sneakers I ever seriously collected. When a colorway like the The Nike SB Dunk Low Corduroy / Dusty Peach comes around, it really makes me think back to the good old days when I would pick up almost every GR that dropped. The spare laces are olive colored.
Here’s another GR that suddenly everybody hyped up and wanted! I did pay more than retail for these before the price fell a bit, but that said, this still bodes well for Nike SB. Kicks like these show they can still crank out coveted bangers even as GRs!
I would stick with blue or khaki colored denim with these. That said, light or dark wash should both work. Pair that with a blue or grey top and you have the beginnings of a clean outfit. These seem to take on different looks with different lace choices, so switching up the laces could open up some other possibilities for fits.
How Are The Materials?
The materials are ok on these. I’m not blown away by the quality so much as the mix of leather, suede and corduroy. The suede isn’t the butteriest and the leather is fairly basic on the swoosh, so the real standout is the corduroy which seems both thick and soft. Overall these are definitely nice for a GR, but not really a premium shoe in terms of materials.
How Do They Fit?
These Nike SB Dunk Low Corduroy / Dusty Peach theoretically fit true to size. I copped these before I realized that I should be going half size up on newer SB’s, but luckily these seem to have just a little bit more room than a standard GR SB. Thus I would go with your true size on these and expect a small break in period the first wear.
